A poster for ncadd.org, to raise awareness of the stigma and disease of alcohol and drug addiction. Alcoholism, I've decided, is very uncomfortable.
Originally, my concept was to have the man set up like a ship in a bottle, with a caption on how he got in there when he was little. This looks much better, though.

This picture seems death of a man due to drinking of excess alcohol.Too much alcohol in a short amount of time can cause vital organs such as the heart and lungs to slow down and even stop, which results in death. Very often someone who dies from alcohol poisoning passes out and was allowed to “sleep it off.” This is a mistake. Anyone who drinks so much that they are become unconscious should receive immediate medical attention.
